Adding an ultrasonic sensor to the DFRobotShop Rover V2

Hi,

I’m looking to purchase robotshop.com/eu/en/dfrobots … c-kit.html and want to add an ultrasonic sensor to it.

If I purchase the robotshop.com/eu/en/dagu-min … t-kit.html
will I be able to add all of these together without the need to purchase additional cables / power etc? i.e. are the pan tilt kit and ultrasonic sensor compatible with the basic rover kit out of the box will all of the parts supplied between the 3 kits?

Also as an additional question. I’m looking to also add the thepihut.com/products/pixy-1-0-v … he-arduino to this robot along with the ultrasonic sensor. Will I need additional power for the camera too or will the battery that comes with the basic kit cover me?

To mount the pan/tilt, you might consider the expansion plate: robotshop.com/eu/en/dfrobots … plate.html
We have not tried all combinations with the pan/tilt, so we cannot say for certain that the ultrasonic sensor you chose will mount to the bracket.
If the holes do not perfectly line up, you can always use double-sided tape.
Regarding the Pixy, that is not a product we sell, nor support, and we have not tried it ourselves to know, with the combination above (DFRobotShop Rover, pan/tilt and sensor), if you will encounter power issues.
