Add ability to insert step for Robot project

Hi,

While extending my robot post, I noticed you can only append new steps. I would like to insert a new one instead, or possibly move around the steps.

My current workaround is to copy and paste the individual fields, but it would be more practical if you could reorder them or insert them in a kind of list (maybe using a kind of contents section).

I understand why it might limit the user’s editing since the steps are quite ‘‘Static’’.
What a good idea! It would be like a ‘‘modular’’ editing tool.
