I saw this “Adaptateur Multi-Caméra V2.2 for Raspberry Pi ArduCam” on Robotshop website.
Can I put 4 camera, 8MP, v2.1, IMX219PQ for RPI on this adapter and take simultaneously 4 picture. I don’t need video, juste picture in good resolution.

Yes, that module can connect up to 4 cameras and supports 5MP OV5647, 8MP IMX219, or any other Arducam MIPI cameras (No mixing of 5MP and 8MP cameras).

It’ll be great if somebody has this setup, to make a test by take a picture simultaneously of a screen with timecode.

The cameras connected to the Multi-camera adapter board take photos in sequence, not at the same time, but the interval is very short.
Thank you @geraldinebc15, I finally got the answer to my question.
Even the interval is very short. It’s couldn’t work for my project. I don’t know how long is the delay. Cause imagine the delay is 0,1 second between camera 1 and 2, between camera 1 and 4 will be near a half of second, it’s too much.
I don’t know if one product is able to do that.
This one could be great if I can put 2 
or maybe one module like this + 2 camera 8mpx in USB with usb shield arducam.
A good option would be using a Raspberry Pi Compute Module. Different from the standard Raspberry Pi models, the compute module 3 (CM3) brings out 2 native camera interfaces to connect to 2 Pi cameras simultaneously. If two cameras can be connected on the CM3, you could also connect two Arducam stereo camera HATs. As each Arducam stereo camera HAT connects to 2 camera modules, it’s possible to get 4 cameras running simultaneously.
