Hello,
for a research project, in which we try to open and close the charging flaps of electric vehicles (including protective plug handling), we need some support for choosing the right actuators for these tasks.
As a first step we need 2 linear actuators which can extend 140mm. One is used for unlocking the flap by pushing and on the other one a vacuum suction cup will be attached in order to pull the flap open. Additionally we need a vacuum pump and a industry grade suction cup with a diameter around 25mm.
Can you give us recommendations regarding parts? It will be controlled by Matlab via digital or analog I/O from the UR10 control unit.
