I am unable to get LynxMotion FlowArm to activate with the following error message:
“Activation failed. Check you internet connection and firewall.”
I have disabled the firewall and verified that I have connection to the internet (Downloaded the file and can access google and various other webpages.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The firewall can sometimes be the issue but please make sure to also add exceptions in or disable anti-virus and other security software on your computer prior to the activation. We’ve had many cases where the anti-virus actually blocked the connection, not the firewall.
If your computer is connected to a educational or commercial network, there may also be filtering done on the network itself that is transparent to the users. If this is the case, please confirm with your IT manager what exceptions would be required for the activation to work. The FlowArm software requires an HTTP port 80 connection to google.com and to u.flowbotics.com.
