My high school class has recently purchased a AL5D Arm from Lynxmotion and when we went to pull up the program it asked for an activation code. We didn’t receive any activation code with the robot. So what are we suppose to put in for that code?
If you purchased the arm with a downloadable version of the software (as opposed to a CD), the download link and license are sent to the e-mail associated with the order. If you ordered a version with a CD, you should have received the CD and the license is on the invoice (as well as a copy in the order account).
