Able to Lock Pan and Tilt w/o servos?

I purchased the FPV Nylon Pan & Tilt Kit (Without Servo)
Product Code : RB-Dfr-623 Can I lock in the pan and tilt where I want it with the hardware supplied? Thank you.

Unfortunately not. You’ll need to figure out a hack to the system to lock it in place without having the servos powered.
