A4988 and RB-Phi-210

Dear gurus,

I would like to ask you about motor RB-Phi-210.
According to the datasheet attached,
Maximum Speed (w/1063 Motor Controller): 21 RPM
• Maximum Speed (w/1067 Motor Controller): 174 RPM

I wonder whether I can use another motor controller.
Specifically, I have a A4988 board and want to use it to control RB-Phi-210.
In my requirement, I need somewhat at least 40RPM for motor rotation speed.
Since I have already figured out how to program for A4988, if I can create at least 40RPM with A4988 board, it would be awesome.

and if I consider that either 1063 or 1067 board generates a pwm with a certain frequency to control the speed of the motor, I wonder why the two different control board generate substantially different rotation speed.

If you have any ideas and suggestion, please toss it to me.

Hi,

According to the specification of the A4988, it would be good to drive the RB-Phi-210 without any problem.
