A1M8 stopped working after a week of use

I contacted Slamtec and they requested that I reach out to RobotShop. The USB debug board is no longer is recognized by my windows pc and the green light does not light up. They suggest that i get a replacement. I am having other issues with the A1M8 but until I get the debug board working I cannot diagnose the Lidar.
