Could you indicate an approximate speed? Either in revolutions per minute or degrees per second.
Do you have an idea of the force/torque the motor might need to rotate the tube?
The speed would be 1 revolution every 2 seconds.
Rotating 60degrees right stop and return to center and rotate left 60degrees.
The torque I can only describe as turning a pencil in your hands
