A-pod Hexapod

Now that I have a new reciever for my Hex robot. Another issue has come up. I was able to get the program solfware and the alignment done but now when I power up the Hex it just stretch out its legs and that’s it. Where did I go wrong? :frowning:

Possible lack of power.

Which program are you using to control your hexapod? The one from the tutorial? Or the one from the thread: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8400?

I am not 100% sure, but I think most of the A-Pod sources assume that you are on an SSC-32 that supports binary mode commands. By default (at least the last time I checked), the firmware that ships with the SSC-32 does not support Binary mode. In which case you need to update the firmware to a version that does: Like the version 2.07EGP that you can download from the SSC-32 product page: lynxmotion.com/p-395-ssc-32- … oller.aspx

Good Luck
