I’m a nooby in this field. I’m searching for some kind of testing setup for electronic equipment.
The setup should include a mechanical arm that could hold magnetic card. The arm should be motorized in such a way that it could move the card back and forth, bringing the card to an electronic device and moving away from it. The whole thing should be controlled for at least switching on and off either electronically (through external relay) or programmable by external PC software. It will be used in automated tests so no manual activation/deactivation is possible.
Is this setup is something that I can find among your products?

Do you need a complete arm, or does the card only really move in one direction? For example would a small linear actuator do the job?

If you don’t care much about position, could you hook up a 4-bar mechanism to a DC gear motor:
