I always want to design a series of highly integrated and flexible motion controllers. One day, a structure presented in my mind, so I spent a lot of spare time to do the following work. Could you please give me some suggestions?
For all the Gicren’s devices except for the adapter, there are only three types of connectors for communication : USB, DB9(Male) and PH2.0-9P(Male).
DB9 : The continuous current is up to 10A (5A for single pin), this connector is typically applied in the high-current device, such as motor controllers.
PH2.0-9P : The continuous current is up to 4A (2A for single pin), this connector is typically applied in the low-current device, such as sensors.

1 : RS485-A
2 : RS485-B
3 : I2C-SDA
4 : I2C-SCL
5 : GND
6 : VCC
7 : VCC
8 : Error-Output
9 : GND

Honestly looks good. Custom connectors are rarely a good option, but in your last 3D view you included a standard connector. Price it competitively and ensure it’s robust.

The ***Booster ***series currently includes Booster-B24V2A5 and Booster-B36V2A5, which are typically used to control the Brushed DC Motor in open-loop mode and the High Power LED(two separate H-bridges are integrated). They will be competitive on price and performance(Of course I need your suggestions for improvement very much,

Features:
- Variety protections(Under-Voltage, Over-Voltage, Over-Temperature, Over-Current, Power-Reverse-Polarity and Out-Of-Control).
- 10 control modes are available to adapt different load types and control systems(including synchronous regenerative drive mode, etc).
- The over current protection threshold of each channel can be set to 2.5A, 5A or 10A(with a flexible Response-Time), which is detected by the way of hardware interruption. There are two types of current feedback paths which is depended on the control mode(Instantaneous-Current or Average-Current).
