Hi,

We have contacted the manufacturer concerning your issue. We will post here again once we receive a reply.

Sincerely,

Hi,

The manufacturer requested more details of your setup to help determine where the issue lies.

Please provide us with one or more pictures clearly showing all components (the microcontroller board, EasyVR module, power, jumpers, etc.).

You can attach images to your reply in Full editor mode. Please see the attached picture for details.

We await your reply to help you further.

Sincerely,

okay please see the attached images of my connections

Hi,

Thank you for the images.

We will get back to you shortly.

Sincerely,

thank you sir

Here is a copy of the manufacturer’s response:

We strongly recommend that you follow the manufacturer’s recommendation and solder the headers before using them, as in their current state there is no way to ensure proper signal. This is especially problematic for digital signals, which this chip uses to communicate with the Arduino board.

Sincerely,

okay thank you sir
