A converter for a raspberry pi

Is there a converter that i can buy to run a raspberry pi retropie through a chromebook 15 ?

Are you talking about a way to run a terminal session from the pins instead of over IP?

I’ve used this on a 1B+, 2B+ and 3B+ via VNC viewer:
Adafruit PiUART - USB Console and Power Add-on for Raspberry Pi

I mean a device I can buy so I can run my raspberry pi through the USB on my chromebook 15

Click the link I posted… that’s what it does.

Okay . Thank you my friend

@Van1975 if you watch the video that hey have on the page it will give you a little idea what it does.

I watched it . I know this is a stupid question , but I can play the pi through that device right ? Play as in the games. Please forgive me. I’m slow with technology

As long as I can not only power my pi with that device through my chromebook USB but play the games as well through it then I’ll buy that device right now

@Van1975 I never tried, but TCPIP will be much faster once you configure the PI for network access, whether it be WIFI or wired via network cable. Most people use this type of device to do the initial configuration via a PC/MAC/CromeBook…

What kind of games are you talking about? I’m assuming that you mean default learning games that are installed on the PI… like MineCraft? If so, I believe that MineCraft needs a network connection to work as the PI is just configured as the game server, not the gaming system.
