6V power supply for Actuonix L16 Actuator

Dear all,
I purchased an Actuonix L16 Actuator https://www.robotshop.com/en/l16-actuator-140mm-631-6v-rc-control.html.
According to the description on Robotshop the voltage range is 5 - 7.4V.
But as it turns out it is not working with only 5V. I really need 6V.

Unfortunately, I have only a USB power bank as power supply for this project.

Now I tried to use this booster module: [https://www.amazon.de/LAOMAO-Step-up-Converter-Raspberry-DIY-Projects-5-StBCck/dp/B06ZYYC99S].
But this is not working. I think the power output is not stabile enough.

Does someone have an idea how I could get stabile 6V to run the servo?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Antonio
