4WD Mechanum Robot Kit Grinding question

Hello,

I have pasted the e-mail below that I sent to the company, perhaps someone here and some ideas ?

One wheel “jerks”

We purchased this robot : https://www.robotshop.com/en/4wd-mecanum-wheel-mobile-robotic-platform.html

We have all the wheels running. Three of the wheels are very ‘smooth’ when they turn, the fourth is very '“jerky”. If you lightly turn the wheels by hand (not powered) the three wheels turn smoothly, the fourth wheel “steps” hard even with no power, and make not a nice sound when turning under software control.

When running the provided tests the fourth wheel seems to ‘grind’ vs. the other wheels which are fine.

Any ideas what would be causing this ?
