Can the following wheels be used on a 1/2 in hex shaft? # 48mm Steel Mecanum Wheel Set (2x Left, 2x Right).
Can they be used as intake wheels?

Welcome to the Forums.
Unfortunately, these wheels has a 10 mm hex bore so the 1/2’’’ hex shaft will not fit.
According to the wheel’s mounting pattern as shown here:
You might be able to connect it to the 1/2’’ hex shaft, but only if you can find a 19 mm bitch diameter circle mounting hub that has a 1/2’’ hex bore.
Unfortunately, these specifications for a hub are not available in our store.
I am not sure if it would work well if you manufactured the hub but if you needed to do so then you will need to use these dimensions:
3-M3 on 19 mm BDC with 1/2’’ hex bore.
