3D Printer extruder motor issue

Hi,

I bought a Mini Afinibot 3D printer (Product ID: RB-Aff-27) and I have an issue with the Extruder motor. When I try to print something the extruder motor unload the PLA filament instead feeding it.

Somebody know why?

Hey @SergeM!

Did you plug the extruder motor backwards? Try swapping the wires and update me!

Hi Thanks for reply,
Not Me , China did it I received the machine like that , but with my son , we found a web site showing the problem with these motor turning wrong way , so my son and I, swap the wire inside the mother board replug everything thogether and we fix the rotation clokwise to counterclokwise so like that the problem was fix , thanks Again for reply .

Pretty glad the problem is fixed.
