3 ball bearings per leg?

Hi,

On the final last step on the the following tutorial,

lynxmotion.com/images/html/build114.htm

are we suppose to fit a ball bearing into it ?

But we only get 2 ball bearing per leg, does it mean I am receiving 1 ball bearing lesser ?

The legs do not include the bearing for the horizontal hip axis. This bearing is included in the chassis kit, or the “C” bracket if you use it as part of the chassis. This is mentioned in the assembly guide.

Attach a ball bearing to the multi-purpose bracket as shown. Refer to Figure 10-1 for detailed information. Note, this ball bearing is part of the chassis kit or “C” bracket, if used.
