I need some help on how to design a 3 axis cnc mill small scale with help of 3 servo motors form scratch. please advice all components and material which i must use.

Go buy a Sherline mill.
Are you certain you want servo motors as opposed to stepper motors? Normally creating a CNC requires a CNC mill in order to create the parts. As KM6VV indicated, can you provide some background?
