I looked at the specs included in the User Manual but the distance between the hole on the extending shaft and the tip is not indicated. Should I contact Cytron for this information?
Also, are the CAD files for this product available?
When the actuator is completely retracted (i.e. when the stroke is zero), what is the length of the tip that is still sticking out?
That information does seem to be missing, so we measured it. The hole is 8mm in diameter and the center is located 16mm away from the tip (add ~1.5mm for a black plastic end cap). There are no CAD files available.
The length that protrudes from the end of the actuator is 4cm (to the tip).
