2nd Post - Still Below Beginner Status

I believe, I have resolved my mechanical questions.

Now on to DC brushless motor speed controllers.
I wasn’t even aware a speed controller was necessary.
I chose the RPM required. I’m running continuous in one direction. And thought I only needed a power supply and an On/Off switch.
The gearmotor I have selected has 2amp current at stall.
I have had difficulty in verifying specifications for the below controllers:

• Are they rated for +2amp, or do they burn out at exactly at 2amp?
• What is their duty cycle, running a gearmotor at its maximum speed.
• What is their ambient temperature range of operation. I need -25°C.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
