28BYJ-48-64 64:1 Stepper Gearmotor

Hi,
I purchased 2 of RB-Sbo-126 stepper motors, I am using a ULN 2003 driver board connected to 5V.
I am using Arduino IDE and one of the example stepper motor sketches {so far I’ve tried 2 of the sketches) and I am using a PICO to run the program. I have set the outputs to the driver board with the with the correct pins from the PICO. I set the steps to 2038.
The LEDs on the driver indicate that the 2003 is receiving the data and the motor is vibrating, but I am not getting any rotation of the shaft.

I tried both motors and they both do the same thing or lack of the same thing,
I tried making the changes to the program that BIRDMUN suggested still no luck.

I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Welcome back to our forum.

You setup should be something like this I guess:

Do you also have this jumper on the ULN2003 driver board? Maybe you need to move it from 12V to 5V.
