I need to make a “follow me” wagon using a retire Jazzy 600. Basically the 2 independently driven motors will be in front with a swivel caster in back. I’ve seen a few different types of follow me bots and I’m thinking a sensor based one is better than gps for my needs. I have a saber tooth 2x32 for the 2 24volt motors currently set up with RC. Can I use the saber tooth? And can you point me toward information to do what I’m trying to do? If each motor consumes <32A, then yes, you can certainly use the Sabertooth. Ideally each motor would consume less under load. HOWEVER, note that you’re at the upper limit of the Sabertooth’s Vin, which is rated at 24V. However, it can take up to 33.6V (charged 24V battery for example).
