230V Shaver Socket Litter Robot

Hi!

I just wanted to check whether I’ll be safe to plug my Litter Robot 3 Connected into a UK shaver adapter socket (using an adapter) which runs at 230V?

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Matthew

Hi @Greenawaym,

Is there any specification regarding voltage and current written on that UK shaver adapter socket?

Hi there,

It says the following:
INPUT: 100-240V, 50/60HZ, 0.4 A MAX, OUTPUT: 15V…1000mA

Hey @Greenawaym,

That is written on Litter Robot power supply adapter.

Is there something written on shaver outlet? Generally, these shaver sockets usually have limited output, so Litter Robot could damage it…

Yes - it simply says:
-230V 50HZ
-1 x 24W

H there,

Did you see my response?

It would be great to know whether it’ll be safe to use with the specified plug if you have a moment to kindly respond.

Thank you,
Matthew

Hi @Greenawaym,

Sorry for the delayed answer, I just waited for a confirmation from manufacturer.

The Litter Robot 3 EU adapter can be used in an outlet of that power specification. The plug itself is designed for up to 240v 50/60hz and requires up to 15w of power. The shaver outlet specifications that you listed, meet those requirements.
