First of all, I apologize if this is the incorrect forum, but this seems like the most active place discussing motor controllers.
I’ll keep it simple. I am interested in locating the original factory for the ZS-X11D Motor Controller in order to work with them to create a custom solution. I have done my own research but have only encountered reseller after reseller without a real connection to the factory. As such, I am now offering a $200 bounty to the first person to provide me a legitimate contact within the factory. I am happy to draft a contract and follow appropriate finders fee procedures, but only if the contact is within the original factory.

Can’t say I know, and as you have already indicated, there seem to be many resellers: Yeeco, LYWS, DROK, R-Sound.
None seem to list or associate it with a brand (often “unbranded”). It seems to be associated with an E-bike / E-scooter “S18”, perhaps: Dahon Formula S18 folding bike.
Perhaps reach out to that manufacturer and provide an image? There seems to be two versions of the controller - one smaller yellow with three caps, and one larger in red with one big cap. There are also variations on each design, so the original design was likely copied by a number of Chinese E-bike manufacturers.
Note that even if you’re not able to find the manufacturer, there are likely many Chinese manufactures which will fairly easily reproduce the design (they can do their own investigating within China to find the schematic etc.).
