2 wheeled vehicle with 3 sensors (front, left, right)

I want to put together a small 2 wheeled vehicle (with caster) that has front, left, right sensors, and triple line following sensor.

Price is really important because I need 10 of them. Best would be a set of components and a plan that I know will work together as my electronics knowledge is nil. I can follow instructions pretty well but don’t ask me to determine whether a resistor is needed in the circuit.

Does anyone have a recommendation?
