2-Channel 315 Wireless Relay Switch

I recently purchased one of these but am having difficulty understanding the wiring of the transmitter.
I want to use this quite simply with two momentary switches to activate the two relays on the receiver (also momentary).
The PDF instruction sheet for the transmitter is not clear on how to wire it for this simple function.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please see the attached picture.
The Working voltage for Transmitter is 5~12V.
For example, if the transmitter is powered through 5V (VCC and GND), putting CH1/CH2 high (connect it to VCC) will trigger the corresponding CH1/CH2 relay on the receiver’s board.
The receiver should be powered with 12V.
