I can’t find a wattage rating for the potentiometers on this joystick. I am new to electronics and have fried a couple other potentiometers. I am using this on a signal circuit with 5V and 1A from a sabertooth 2x32 driver. I am working to reduce this amperage but have not figured it out yet.
All I can find for datasheets for the joystick is https://www.robotshop.com/media/files/pdf/datasheet-r204bm2.pdf
And it doesn’t have the information. I really don’t want to fry a $50 joystick so please let me know if you have any ideas!
