11 load cells

I have a weighing project I am working on.

I need 11 load cells to register 11 weights, then when the 3 average an amount I need, they light up an LED under those scales.

I am using arduino, but need enough inputs and outputs for this project. Any recommendations?

I am thinking of using Arduino Mega.

Hi,

You can use 11 x Load Cell Amplifier Breakout Board (HX711) connected to an Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller Rev3.
The Load Cell Amplifier Breakout Board has a two-wire interface (Clock and Data).
The Arduino Mega 2560 has enough digital pins for 11 of Load Cell Amplifier Breakout Board (54 Digital I/O).
