The charger states in the data sheet that it should not be used with high capacity >5000mAh batteries. Is there a way to overcome this problem?

Thanks, however this requires buying another charger. I am wondering if there is a way to make the current charger that I have work. What are the negative effects of using it on the high capacity battery?
For packs less than 5Ah, they suggest charging at 2A, but at the same time keeping an eye on the battery pack, and not charging it for too long.
For a 10Ah pack. the battery will likely get quite hot for way too long; a safety issue, as well as lowering the useful life span of the battery.
If the charger is unused, we may be able to provide you with credit towards the purchase of a different charger.
