10.1 capacitive touchscreen

Can I connect this 10.1 capacitive touchscreen directly via a ribbon cable to a Raspberry Pi 3 ?

I have purchase some of these Waveshare touchscreens, that have the extra video card and the touchscreen doesn’t work well at all connected to the Raspberry Pi 3.

I really need to get these going, and if I can, will buy many of them.

We offer several 10.1" touch screens. Can you provide a link? Note that most RB-Min USB monitors cannot be used as primary. Await your reply.
