1 way motor and an linear actuators

Dear readers

I have a question about linear actuators,
If you have 1 way motor ( let’s just say clockwise), how are you then going to make an actuator if it rotates only in one derection.
The actuator needs to move from left to right, is that possible with that kind of motors ?

Most DC linear actuators use DC motors, which can all rotate in both directions.

You would use a DPDT switch (to reverse the voltage) or a DC motor controller which can control speed and direction:
