1/5 scale 4 wheel drive crawler

I am building a 1/5 scale 4 wheel drive crawler. Each wheel will be driven by a gear-motor. The gear motor will be comprised of a Banebots P-60 132:1 ratio gearbox (RB-Ban-237)coupled to a RS 775 12 volt motor. I need to control speed and direction of all four motors in unison, via radio control. Is there a four motor controller available.
I have also considered using the (RB-Soy-03) 12 volt 36 oz/in stepper motor coupled to the gearbox and controlled by the (RB-Phi-67) four stepper motor controller. But I do not know if the stepper motor will mate with the gearbox and am not sure if the stepper motor is capable of reverse.
Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to use the planetary gearbox plus the DC motor. Not many people use stepper motors, and we currently don’t carry any controllers which have R/C input. The 775 (which is a pretty powerful motor) has a stall current of 30A, so whichever RC motor controller you should should at least be able to provide 12-15A continuously. Some ideas:
