1:15 version of stock stepper?

I see you guys have robotshop.com/ca/en/12v-28a … motor.html

I need basically the same thing but with a 1:15ish ratio. At 1/8th stepping its a great speed with nice smooth motion. a 1:8ish would work too, just play with the speed or drop to 1/16th steps. Can you get something like that?

We unfortunately don’t offer an RB-Phi-266 with a 15:1 gear ratio.
We offer this 12V, 0.4A, Planetary Gear Unipolar Stepper Motor which has a 28:1 gear ratio and this 2BYG Geared Stepper Motor which has 5.18:1 gear ratio.

That 5.18 looks pretty interesting. I’ll have to check dimensions and shaft clearances etc. Thanks for pointing that one out, I completely missed it somehow. I’d prefer a faster output RPM and more microsteps so I can get the same speed with smoother running. Going with the higher ratios means fewer microsteps and more vibration/noise.
