RobotShop Secures An Additional 100 000 sq. ft of Land
Today, we announce we secured an additional 100,000 square feet of land (highlighted in yellow in the picture below) that is adjacent to the 60,000 square we already own, totaling more than 160,000 square feet (3.67 acres).
RobotShop LandRobotShop is maintaining a strong growth year after year and in just two years, we have already filled our current 15,000 square feet space at 70% of its capacity. For the next phases of expansion, we plan to be build a 55 feet tall structure (25 feet for warehouse space plus two additional floors, so more than twice the current height), thus attaining the height limit permitted by the city in this area.
I can share here an artistic preview of the completed building, and please don't be too critical since I am the artist :). This is a preliminary draft and that will certainly change. Actual plans made by architects will be created in the next few weeks.
