Grupo Santander (Bank) in Madrid has 5500 employees spread out in 9 buildings.
It's enormous (one of the largest banks in the world in terms of capitalization) and the possibility of getting lost is only proportionally significant.
That's why officials have had a genius idea: to implement an
army of robots which can guide visitors and employees across the vast building complex.
Santander has called on the company
YDreams.
Their red robots are real, interactive, autonomous guides which communicate with humans and accompany them to their interview or their next meeting for example.
