Product ETA is Now Public!

Although at RobotShop we try to have the fewest possible items out of stock, some products are back ordered from time to time. In order to allow customers know when to expect an item to be back in stock or to know how much time they will need to wait before their order is shipped, the RobotShop website now displays the estimated time of arrival (ETA). As shown in the picture above, if an item is out of stock, customers can simply hover over the blue question mark "?" (New Stock Soon icon) and see the ETA as a tool-tip. We hope this new functionality will better inform our customers and provide an even better shopping experience overall. For added visibility, we also added a note in the popup window that is displayed when you add a product to your cart that is not in stock. You can also easily remove the product, if you deem necessary, from this same window. A nice place to test this functionality is in our New Arrivals page. Since we display all newly listed products there, it may take some time until they become in stock.
