Removal Phase 1 - Unscrew both caster wheel holders.

2 - Remove any glue holding the purple caster wheel wire.

3 - Unscrew the side of the caster wheel.

4 - Remove the caster wheel from its socket.

5- Remove the metal guard on the side of the caster wheel.

6 - Remove the switch and the switch holder from the inside of the caster wheel.

7 - Remove the metal guard on the side of the replacement caster wheel.

8 - Remove the switch and the switch holder inside the replacement caster wheel.

Assembly Phase 1 - Place the switch and the switch holder from the robot inside the replacement caster wheel.

2 - Place the metal guard correctly on the side of the caster wheel.

3 - Screw the metal guard in place.

4 - Place the caster wheel spring on the bottom of the caster wheel.

5 - Place the caster wheel correctly in its place.

6 - Place the caster wheel switch wire correctly.

7 - Screw both caster wheel holders on each side of the caster wheel.

8 - Glue the switch wire into place, and you’re done.
