What do I need along with a MINI-ABB?

With a camera, yes it is too much for the BAP

Everything talked about short of actually processing raw video signals is doable by a BAP. BasicAtom may be a little stretched but it coul dprobably do it too. Video would need to be converted to a digital signal(preferable an 8bit data stream, mono chrome with 256 shades or color with approx 6 shades of R,G and B). In any case handling video would be best done with a seperate processor(H8,SX or some thingelse doesn’t really matter). Lower the resolution also the easier it would be to process. Most hobby robots us an actual PC to handle video processing though.

I don’t think that is a very realistic expectation for a novice. If you already have a Robonova-1 kit, then you need to put it together and get it working first before designing your own. Experiment with the robonova and do some mods to it before trying to make your own. Might save some time, money, and heart burn in the end when you start to make a DIY bot.only unrealistic to someone who doesnt believe it. and what makes you think im a novice ? theres things you dont know heh

and the whole robonova suggestion you suggested is redundant to what i said in reply 12

Its been two months, so lets see some pix of the project. Must be almost complete by now.
