Metal cost money, so why not use what I can. There are so much that can be done with just the spare parts from the brake down from one of these chairs.

You seem to be making very short blog pages all linked to the same project page. It might be more interesting and readable if you made one blog page for your project, and made updates to that page. 

BTW, I love the idea and hope to do one myself one day!
