Yes of course this would work just fine. We just wanted to make it work enough for some short videos. I’m quite sure throwing more battery capacity would eliminate the problem. 8)

If it’s just a short term high power requirement would some bulk capacitors do the job?

Would you replace all the leg servos with HS-5645’s or just the “hip lifters”?

After realizing it was a current defiency I no longer think 5645 servos are required. No need for caps either. This robot uses 32 servos, of which 12 of them are working pretty hard holding up the body, so a single 2800mAh pack just can’t keep up. A second pack is all that is required. :wink:
