My litter robot is stuck on flashing red (1 per second). I know it’s to do with the cat sensor saying there is too much weight. How do I fix it. The robot is on flat surface, not over full and clean. I have continuous problems with the unit. It is only 2.5 years old and already have had to change the tray sensor three times. I have tried to re set it but the light continues and it just won’t move. I have fully taken it apart and cleaned it but to no avail. It’s fair to say my ordeal with the litter robot makes me wish I never bought it.

If the troubleshooting, The red light on the control panel is blinking, didn’t help, then cat sensor should be replaced.
