Specifications and modularity of LSS-P-M1

Hello

For the new LSS-P-M1, the torque spec for this motor seems to be 200nm. Is this correct as this seems high even for a NEMA 23 stepped to 1:23? Is it just really slow?

Also is this unit compatible as a drop in replacement on the SES-PRO robot arm kits?

Thanks

Hi Jakal488,

Nice to ear your interest about the Lynxmotion PRO lineup.

Our LSS-P-M1 is the largest actuator of the 3 and feature a NEMA 34 stepper motor combined with a 100:1 ratio.
More about that can be found on our wiki here:

We use all 3 of our actuators in the PRO Arms, different actuator at different location.
The LSS-P-M1 are used for the first two actuators of the 900mm arms.

They are modular so they could be used elsewhere if needed but that’s the location that make the more sense which require higher torque and the weight is less of an issue.

Let us know if you have other questions.

Thank you very much. Do you share any 2D or 3D data for integration purposes before our after purchase?

Hi Jakal488,

Of course, all the CADs are available on the Wiki as well.
