Sensor not picking up with cat inside

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
I have noticed my cat will so,etc,we jump in either when it machine is cycling and or if she returns to go to toilet when the sensor has already started.

I’m concerned as it states it will stop but it does not

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Please make sure that the robot is placed on a firm and even floor and there’s nothing touching it from any side.

Then press the “Reset” button and test it again.
