If I am reading this correctly, there is a ready made jumper for 5v or UR (unregulated?) That’s pretty neat. I wonder what are C2 to C7 for? I’m not using any for my circuit. Do you think it’s a bad idea?
Btw, I’m removing the ground for my layout. I read that if the ground is not properly done, it could add noise, especially on sharp edge. I see that there is some traces end with sharp edges, (~45 deg), and very thin ground (on the right side, beside connector 18, 19).
Are you still planning to use toner transfer method for 2 sided PCB? I haven’t seen any video for 2 sided PCB.
Nah, I made the jumper myself by grouping the components together to form a jumper.
C2 and C7 are for the “groups” of I/O pins on the board. it is recommended that they are they to prevent damage to components if there were to be a “spike” in voltages.
Nope, I plan on having the boards made by ExpressPCB (although I think they are a little overpriced).
What value did you use for C2 to C7? What supply voltage will you be using? If the supply is already regulated, should I be concerned? I’m a bit lazy to include that in my circuit now.
