Has Robotshop made any tutorials on ROS? Anything that beginners can start with?

Is there any ROS software that is totally free of cost?

I think ROS is generally open-source and free. It’s an open-source robotics middleware suite, which means the core software and many of its libraries are available for both commercial and research use without a fee.
