im looking to have a “arm” to hold a TV and be able to rotate the tv and move it forward. Im building an arcade cabinet and the TV will be horizontal and id like to be able to use the “arm” to pop out of the cab rotate and have vertical?
Looking for ideas/recommendations on this please.
doesnt have to be a robotic arm per say either but that all i could like of…

I think what you are looking for is called a TV Lift. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any lifts with the design you mentioned, however, if you are planning on building it yourself this might help:
