Which quadcopter is suitable for beginners?

Is it possible to make a functional drone using Air:bit 2 Programmable Drone Kit w/ 2x micro:bit and Kolibri Drone Building Kit w/ Camera & Extra Battery? Do I need to purchase anything more?
Those are two different drones - no need (nor option) to combine both. They’re both complete kits.
